What makes two spinner quotes different?
A push spinner quote changes when the mechanism, body finish, feature set or selling unit changes. A standard printed body in an OPP bag is the simplest line. A light-up version adds an electronic module, battery handling and a separate document check. A 12-piece or 36-piece display adds board, printing, assembly and a different carton count. Ask for each version as its own SKU line.

Keep the quotation columns identical

A simple packing-scope calculation
Offer A is 100 pieces at 1.00 currency unit each and includes the OPP bag, so the stated product-and-pack total is 100. Offer B is 100 pieces at 0.90 plus 0.15 for the same bag, so its total is 105. The offer that looks 10% cheaper on the first line is 5% higher once the identical pack is added. Freight, duties and taxes remain separate lines.
For a display order, multiply the display count by the number of pieces in each display, then add the master-carton quantity. A 12-piece display at 24 boxes is 288 individual toys, matching the HF-116A carton reference; an OPP-bag order at 288 pieces is a different packing job even though the piece count is the same.
Approve the sample and the price separately
Use the same handling test for every offer: press the centre with ordinary pressure, check that the button returns fully, watch the body rotate, listen for scraping or rattling, and inspect seams, print registration and loose decoration. For light-up versions, record activation and battery-compartment condition. A light-up and non-light-up version need separate destination-market document checks; a report for one version does not automatically cover the other.
If you ask for a lower-cost revision, require a marked list of what changed. A different bag may be acceptable; a harder press, shorter rotation, altered print or substituted body needs a new sample record.
Compare the order you can actually place
Use the full-carton basis first. HF-116B is a 300-piece carton, HF-116A is 288 pieces in 12-piece displays, and HF-144C-1 is 36 pieces in a display box. If you need 100 pieces, ask for the mixed-carton rule and any small-order surcharge [Factory confirmation] instead of applying a full-carton price. Record the carton dimensions, net weight and gross weight for the selected pack because the display box changes freight.
