Short answer: Create clear crunchy squishy packaging names, distinguish filling from wax shells, and keep retail pack contents separate from wholesale order quantities.
On this page
- Keep each part of the product name clear
- Example: keep two burger variants distinct
- Crunchy filling and a crackable wax shell need different names
- Choose wording that matches the sample
- Match the existing images and video captions
- Separate the wholesale quantity from the retail pack
- Prepare the naming handoff
Use a texture name to describe the selected product's experience, and keep the material specification in its own field. A clear listing tells the buyer the shape, variant and selling unit. It then describes the squeeze feel or recovery that the selected sample supports.
In Ruiwo's range, crunchy describes an internal texture effect, such as the effect of a block-clay filling. A wax-shell or crackable-shell squishy has a separate coating on the outside. Use “crispy” only with a clear explanation of which effect the selected sample has. Soft describes press resistance, and slow-rising describes gradual recovery after release. Keep the material specification separate from these experience words.
Keep each part of the product name clear
| Field | Example | Where to use it |
|---|---|---|
| Shape and toy identity | Burger squishy toy | Product title and pack front |
| Texture variant | Crunchy variant | Option label and short description |
| Material / construction | The supplier's confirmed skin and filling description | Specification field for the exact SKU |
| Selling unit | One piece, or a specifically defined set | Pack contents and order line |
| Product identity | Variant SKU | Catalog, quotation and stock record |
Example: keep two burger variants distinct
The Mini Fast Food assortment lists Burger — flour under RIVO-SEP10-011-02 and Burger — crunchy under RIVO-SEP10-011-07. A naming draft can follow “Burger Squishy Toy — Flour Variant” and “Burger Squishy Toy — Crunchy Variant.” Confirm the final pack contents before adding “1 pc” or a set count.
Use the same variant name on the product option, inquiry record and packaging artwork. A shared shape image should not cause the flour and crunchy order lines to merge.
Crunchy filling and a crackable wax shell need different names
For a confirmed internally textured version, use a pattern such as “Burger Squishy Toy — Crunchy Filling Variant.” For a confirmed outer coating, use “Burger Squishy Toy — Crackable Wax Shell.” These are naming examples, not a statement that both versions are available. Add the material or filling only when the selected SKU record supports it.
Keep that distinction on the option selector, product image caption, quotation and packaging. A sample substitution that changes the filling or outer shell needs a separate approval. Start with the crunchy collection to identify actual catalog candidates.
Choose wording that matches the sample
- Crunchy: describe the observed texture effect; do not turn it into a chemical composition.
- Soft: describe the press feel without assuming a particular filling.
- Slow-rising: use it for a supported gradual recovery effect, with any numerical claim separately measured.
- Silicone or TPR: use the confirmed material reference for that version, with the filling identified where relevant.
The materials guide and texture comparison with videos explain these distinctions.
Match the existing images and video captions
Continue using the available catalog images with the correct product option. Explain whether the image shows one item or an assortment. A demonstration used only to explain texture should be labeled as a reference instead of suggesting that its packaging or brand is included with your order.
The white bun recovery reference does not identify Rainbow Mystery Bun or its material. A material claim should come from the selected SKU record, not from that visual resemblance.
Separate the wholesale quantity from the retail pack
An assortment photo can show the range without defining a fixed set. The Mini Fast Food options are selected individually. Do not call the pictured assortment a “10-piece set” unless the quotation confirms those ten pieces are packed and sold together.
The standard RUIWO catalog minimum is 12 pieces per style. This purchasing quantity does not automatically mean the product is a 12-piece consumer gift set or a filled display box. Colors may combine toward 12 only when color is the sole difference within the same style; different shapes or filling variants remain separate.
| Order information | Retail wording decision |
|---|---|
| 12 individually selected pieces ordered for stock | Use the confirmed unit pack count; do not turn the order quantity into a set claim. |
| A display containing several separately sold pieces | Distinguish “display contains” from the number of toys in each retail unit. |
| A confirmed retail set with multiple toys | State the exact included shapes, texture variants and number of pieces. |
Keep the same pack definition in your product title, package artwork, barcode record and written quotation. If packaging changes, review the name again before printing; a new box does not automatically mean the same contents.
Prepare the naming handoff
Send the product URL, variant SKU, proposed display name, confirmed construction and intended pack count in one brief. Keep unresolved fields visible for the supplier to answer. Once the selection is settled, carry the same wording into the product page and stock records.
Please review this naming brief for [SKU]: display name [name], texture wording [wording], construction [confirmed description or question], and pack contents [count and included items]. Please identify any mismatch with the current sample or quoted packaging before artwork approval.
Use your inquiry list for the selected products. For the video title and accompanying description, follow the retail video guide.
