A 24-piece push-spinner display should be a written assortment, not a random mix. List each SKU, version, colour and quantity before choosing the tray or display box.

Define the 24 pieces
Write a ratio such as 8 core style / 8 secondary style / 8 feature style. If light-up and non-light versions are mixed, keep them on separate SKU lines. A 24-piece total does not mean 24 different designs.

Match the display to the package
Use the display box when the repeated theme and pack count are part of the selling story. Use a tray when the units arrive in bags. Leave room for one tester and keep sealed refill stock behind the display.

Test the center press, button return, body rotation and base clearance on one sample from every selected SKU. Record any difference between colours or versions before fixing the assortment.
Set the refill record
Track opening quantity, sold pieces, tester pieces, damaged pieces and remaining sellable units. Refill by SKU instead of adding an unlabelled assorted box.

Can a 24-piece plan contain one style?
Yes. A single-style display can be easier to explain; a mixed plan is useful when each role has a clear quantity.
Can a light-up spinner share a line with a non-light model?
Keep them separate because the battery record, package and customer instructions differ.
