A mixed push spinner display needs a confirmed total count and a written quantity for every selected style. A proposed 24-piece display can support several assortment plans, but 24 pieces does not mean 24 different styles or an automatically equal mix. The actual display, product sizes and available packing process must support the plan.
Use this guide to prepare a packing request, not as a promise that every RUIWO spinner fits the same box. Start with the push spinner catalog and identify the exact SKU, color and package for each line.
Define what one style means
A style may refer to a printed design, body format, color or light-up version. Those distinctions should not be left inside an informal description such as assorted spinners.
List each selected SKU and its variant. If a light-up and non-light-up version look similar, keep them on separate lines. If the customer selects a color, specify whether the order fixes that color or permits an assortment.
The catalog's reference photographs are useful for recognition, but they are not a substitute for the actual packaging and document information for the quoted row.
Choose a ratio that totals the display count
There are several arithmetic ways to allocate a 24-piece display. Six styles with four pieces each total 24. Eight styles with three pieces each also total 24. A deliberately uneven mix might use eight, six, four, three and three pieces across five styles.
These are planning examples, not confirmed packing options, minimum quantities or recommendations about which style will sell fastest. Ask whether the selected products and order quantity support the proposed ratio.
If the supplier cannot maintain an exact equal split, agree the permitted range or revise the plan. Do not promise a retailer an equal mix while the purchase order only says assorted. Total quantity and assortment accuracy are separate acceptance checks.
Test the physical arrangement
Place current samples in the proposed display. Check the loaded width, depth and height, the visibility of each style and whether products can be removed without disturbing the others.
A box that holds 24 units of one format may not hold 24 units of a larger packaged format. Individual color boxes can also change fit compared with loose pieces. Confirm whether the displayed unit includes its original retail package.
Save an overhead photograph and a shopper-facing photograph of the approved arrangement. If the layout uses rows or compartments, identify which SKU belongs in each position. Staff should be able to refill the display from the packing instruction.
Keep light-up variants identifiable
For any illuminated version, request the current product specification and relevant supporting documents. Do not assume all related styles share the same components or documentation because the body shape is similar.
Keep light-up units distinguishable in receiving records and retail descriptions. Confirm any operating instructions and packing requirements for the exact version. This guide does not assign battery types, transport classifications or certification coverage.
The light-up push spinner guide provides the detailed follow-up questions. The push spinner packaging guide covers the wider choice of package formats.
Separate display quantity from shipment quantity
If a retailer orders ten displays of 24 pieces, the proposed shipment contains 240 spinner units only if every display is supplied complete. State whether display boxes are included, supplied empty for local assembly or quoted separately.
The master-carton packing must also be confirmed. Do not infer the number of displays per carton from the individual piece count. Request the packed carton dimensions and weight after the exact display arrangement is agreed.
For refills, identify whether the retailer wants complete replacement displays or style-specific replenishment. Those are different order structures even when the total piece count is the same.
Put the packing plan into the inquiry
Send RUIWO the proposed display count, selected SKU images, quantity by style, color choices, light-up status, individual packaging and receiving destination. Ask which parts of the plan can be confirmed and which require revision.
Request a mixed push spinner quotation with the arithmetic allocation attached. A clear 24-piece plan helps both parties discuss real packing constraints and prevents the phrase mixed display from becoming an undefined assortment.
